The validity of the temporary cover of a person resettled from Ukraine to the territory of Bulgaria is extended by one year

The Council of Ministers accepts the decision to amend the RMS № 144 from 10 March 2022 for the provision of temporary cover for the person deported from Ukraine and for the amendment of the National Plan of action for the temporary cover in the Republic of Bulgaria, with which the effect of the temporary cover for the person deported from Ukraine on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria is extended by one year, counted up to 4 March 2024, in accordance with the decision of the European Commission to extend the Directive for a temporary closure.

The Government has also accepted the decision to amend the RMS № 642 from August 4, 2016. for confirmation of the sample of the registration card, which is issued by the State Agency for Refugees at the Council of Ministers, with which the term of pre-registration of persons, resettled from Ukraine, with the granted temporary closure, in connection with the extension of the term of the temporary closure on the territory in the Republic of Bulgaria until March 4, 2024. The process of pre-registration will start at the beginning of the month. February 2023 г. And it will continue till 31 March 2023.
